Three generations of looking after buildings.
Brecker started in 1994 with one twelve-unit walk-up and a promise that the phone would always be answered. We now care for twelve buildings and about 1,800 homes — high-rise suites downtown and well-kept mid-market apartments in the neighbourhoods we grew up in.
We keep our own superintendents on payroll instead of contracting them out, which is why our average maintenance response is under a day and why most of our residents renew.

How we work
Superintendents on payroll
Every building has someone who lives the same commute you do, not a number that routes to a call centre.
One price, written down
The rent we quote is the rent you sign. No amenity fees invented at lease time.
Repairs before renewals
We fix the radiator in August, not the week you decide whether to stay.
